They never answer their phones, they want to switch you automatically over to the animated system that can't help me with my problems. I do recommend if you're in Pennsylvania go to Northwest Bank if you're in Texas use Texas first they have excellent customer service they answer their phones and actually speak to you like a human being because your business no matter how much money you have or don't have means a lot to them.

- LWLarry WhiteAug 25, 20251.0Someone I did some work for wrote out a check to me two checks and they bank with Wells Fargo. I went there to have them cash. They charge me $10 for each check. I’ve never in my life. Been charged to have a check cashed from the bank that it’s wrote out under And I take it there to have it verified that the funds are in the account and it’s not a bad check and they tried to tell me that they don’t verify.
