    Out of all the banks I have Wells Fargo ranks the lower than low can ever get. They never answer their phones, they want to switch you automatically over to the animated system that can't help me with my problems. I do recommend if you're in Pennsylvania go to Northwest Bank if you're in Texas use Texas first they have excellent customer service they answer their phones and actually speak to you like a human being because your business no matter how much money you have or don't have means a lot to them.

    Someone I did some work for wrote out a check to me two checks and they bank with Wells Fargo. I went there to have them cash. They charge me $10 for each check. I’ve never in my life. Been charged to have a check cashed from the bank that it’s wrote out under And I take it there to have it verified that the funds are in the account and it’s not a bad check and they tried to tell me that they don’t verify.

    As a small business owner, I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at this location and do not intend to return. Today at 9 am, I made multiple deposits consisting of 6 checks and cash. Subsequently, I received a call from bank teller Wesley at 2:43, informing me that he had miscounted and owed me an additional $500.00. However, in a follow-up call at 3:01 pm, Wesley claimed that I had deposited $95,000, which is entirely inaccurate. I had actually verified the math on my deposit receipt, both for the cash and checks, and found it to be correct. The constant changes in Wesley's story have made me uncomfortable conducting business with Wells Fargo, and I suspect that this bank teller may be attempting to scam customers.
