I had an accident with some of my paper money where I lost a small portion of it (the total was about 30 dollars). I went online and did some research and found out on the federal reserve website that as long as you have 51% of the bill, the banks should replace it for you. I thought to myself, "Well, this is a good way to test the costumer service of this bank to see it is right for my business account." I go to this branch and I was flatly turned down for 30 dollars, that they would have got back through the government anyways. Well, I got my bills replaced somewhere else, and I guess the other guys will be opening a new business account for as well =P
