- JEJarin EvaSep 1, 20251.0I have had repeated issues with this bank’s promotional offers. In July 2025, I was promised $400 for opening a certain type of account, but never received it despite meeting the requirements. Similarly, in November 2024, I opened a personal checking account under a $300 promotion and did not receive that reward either. Although the employees have tried to assist, the rules for these promotions are unclear, seem to change, and ultimately leave customers disappointed. Management appears to prioritize control over customer trust. Despite multiple attempts, follow-ups, and even branch staff submitting requests on my behalf, management repeatedly rejected my petitions without providing any clear or logical explanation. There is no flexibility or consideration for delays, and the overall process feels unfair. My experience left me feeling unsafe and uncomfortable, and I have lost confidence in the bank’s promotions and practices.
