    I have had repeated issues with this bank’s promotional offers. In July 2025, I was promised $400 for opening a certain type of account, but never received it despite meeting the requirements. Similarly, in November 2024, I opened a personal checking account under a $300 promotion and did not receive that reward either. Although the employees have tried to assist, the rules for these promotions are unclear, seem to change, and ultimately leave customers disappointed. Management appears to prioritize control over customer trust. Despite multiple attempts, follow-ups, and even branch staff submitting requests on my behalf, management repeatedly rejected my petitions without providing any clear or logical explanation. There is no flexibility or consideration for delays, and the overall process feels unfair. My experience left me feeling unsafe and uncomfortable, and I have lost confidence in the bank’s promotions and practices.

    We came in and waited for well over an hour for service. I wanted to add myself to an account with my partner because we are starting a new Foodtruck business. All was well until then Sharon mistreated us as I went to get a notary while we waited. So then we decided to go to Chase. Sorry for your loss.

    **I am leaving this review for the Monticello location only** Every time I have gone through the drive thru at this location, the same woman helps me. I have held off leaving this review because I was giving her the benefit of the doubt. On 4/10/2023, at 10:50 am, I went through again and it was her again. Immediately, she was rude, as she had been the other 2 times that I visited this location. I do make several deposits each time, so maybe that is annoying to her, but it is a bank and that is one of the purposes. I understand having a bad day, but to just be plain rude, it is uncalled for. I will be avoiding this location for my future business.
