Instead of a line, they should just put a row of recliners in. You will be waiting that long. Today I watched 6 people walk out while I was waiting in line. They had one teller on the Tuesday after Labor Day. The worst part is that it's been this way for 2 years and nobody cares. They are losing their best teller Christie next week, so it's only going to get worse.

I went to this place on my lunch break to cash a check from my job, while still wearing my badge. I just lost my wallet so I am trying to cash the check with my US Passport, and Mandy McClain and the branch manager Courtney Spardlin are saying they need another form of ID. I've never been to a place where a federally issued I'd with a picture was not enough, its not like it was another banks check. I get that I dont have an account but come on. She asked if I had a debit card I told her again no because I just lost my wallet. She then proceeds to ask her manager what to do. She asks if I have a debit card and I say no again I just lost my wallet. Then I ask if my car registration would work and they say NO. How does a debit card work but not a Virginia car registration with my name and address on it. This to me seems quite ridiculous. If you DO NOT have an account with this bank DO NOT COME HERE!
