Has a valid power of attorney and once opened they would not honor the POA - even though his name is on the account and POA paperwork provided. Never processed the bank card requested and when asked to place an order upon return my husband was told there was nothing they could do without a Payee authorization. Do people not know what a POA is? So basically money has been sitting there which cannot be used to pay his bills.
