I took off from work, and when I got to the Branch a younger woman met me and asked if I had an appointment. I explained I had called and she said something to the effect that her branch wouldn’t have given that advice and that they were booked all morning. I probably could have lived with that but it was the “have a nice day” and the condescending and dismissive tone. I went to United in Front Royal. Cassie set me up multiple accounts and has provided excellent customer service.
