Literally in line right now and one of the tellers at the drive up window has just been chatting and talking with other employees while one lady is working the in store window by her self. Come on truist.

The tellers at times can be touch over friendly customers. But, I guess it makes customers feel wanted. But, eats into other customers' time. Other than that, I enjoyed my experience at this bank. The staff, other than tellers, was super helpful.

Extremely rude. I have been a long time customer, investing in BB&T. I do banking for my sick mom, I deposit a small cash in her account so she can pay her bills. Today all of sudden I couldn't deposit cash because my name is not her account. I wonder if they had amnesia all these past years for not realizing that I have been deposting money with no issues. Very poor service. Warrenton branch is the WORST!!!

Was waiting for someone to pickup the phone for 10 minutes, girl who answered put me on hold for 2 minutes before hanging up . Tried to call back assuming the phone just lost signal. And had ANOTHER girl pickup just to hang up after putting me on hold. After i waited yet ANOTHER 10-ish minutes for someone to pick up at all.
