  I went to get documents notarized and the notary definitely acted outside the scope of being a notary. NOT an attorney and NOT even at all familiar with the documentation I was getting MY signature notarized on. But acted very superior about filling out that application and paying the fee to stamp people's signatures. I've never had getting something notarized take that long and would have gone elsewhere if I wasn't under time constraints.

  I made an appointment (done online very easily) to actually go inside and discuss some business regarding my checking account. I was fortunate enough to meet with an extremely personable young man by the name of Adam Entin. He was very knowledgeable about what I needed to do along with being very professional. I was so impressed with Adam that I wrote his branch manager, Sarah Keisel, and she was kind enough to follow up with me via a phone call. I know reviews of Wells Fargo locations in Va Beach aren’t always positive, but at this branch at 675 Lynnhaven, I’ve had contact with 2 people that went above and beyond anything you could ask for.

  I have been banking with WF for many years. I decided to stop in at this location today which is out of the norm. I tried to deposit a check that was post dated by a day. The young lady advised me she could not do it and I then told her I was the President of the company and I write the checks. I expressed the importance of depositing the check that day to pay bills which needed to be paid. The branch manager got involved and she did not offer any solutions to my dilemma. She said I needed to prove I was the owner and after offering several options she still would not let me cross out the date of the company check, which I write and am the President of the company. Sure there is protocol and understand to an extent but her tone was very sassy and it was almost like she was getting a kick out of not being able to help me! I told her another branch has done it for me before and she then looked up the history almost like she was playing a game to prove me wrong. How dare her insult my integrity! Very unprofessional to say the least! What ever happened to offering solutions? Whatever happened to customer relations? Very disappointed and will never return to this branch!

  Very good "friendly" customer service. Always greet you when you first walk in the door. Tellers are very efficient....Nothing but good things to say about their branch, service & staff.
