  I went to get documents notarized and the notary definitely acted outside the scope of being a notary. NOT an attorney and NOT even at all familiar with the documentation I was getting MY signature notarized on. But acted very superior about filling out that application and paying the fee to stamp people's signatures. I've never had getting something notarized take that long and would have gone elsewhere if I wasn't under time constraints.

  I have been to this branch a few times before with “pleasant” interaction most times.I typically do most of my banking online and with mobile deposit however today was the exception because I needed to deposit a small amount of cash. I usually don’t leave bad reviews however my interaction with Kellie today was just rude and condescending and after the exceedingly long wait at the drive thru, even though I was the first in line, I felt a need to review. We are all stretched thin and need patience these days. It’s so disappointing to have to deal with unnecessary unkindness because attitude is everything in customer service.

  I have been banking with WF for many years. I decided to stop in at this location today which is out of the norm. I tried to deposit a check that was post dated by a day. The young lady advised me she could not do it and I then told her I was the President of the company and I write the checks. I expressed the importance of depositing the check that day to pay bills which needed to be paid. The branch manager got involved and she did not offer any solutions to my dilemma. She said I needed to prove I was the owner and after offering several options she still would not let me cross out the date of the company check, which I write and am the President of the company. Sure there is protocol and understand to an extent but her tone was very sassy and it was almost like she was getting a kick out of not being able to help me! I told her another branch has done it for me before and she then looked up the history almost like she was playing a game to prove me wrong. How dare her insult my integrity! Very unprofessional to say the least! What ever happened to offering solutions? Whatever happened to customer relations? Very disappointed and will never return to this branch!
