There was only one person working both the inside and outside lines. (Keshara). Although she was working alone, she still greeted me right away, asked me what denomination of bills i wanted for my withdrawal and thanked me for waiting. She has a great attitude and moves with a sense of urgency. She is an asset to the company and I hope they know how great she is.

- KNK NightengaleOct 15, 20251.0Not worth the time investment or loss of earned interest. I have a different bank and was added to an existing Wells Fargo account with my husband. We were in the appointment for about an hour. Our representative was extremely helpful and polite, though another employee (the other working representative) was rude and interruptive to our appointment. I never actually gained online access to the account because what our representative did not mention was that it would take 3 working days, a particular type of phone number, and other ridiculous hoops to jump through in order to set up the online account, which I feel should have been completed in the appointment. It's astonishing that a bank so riddled with scandal should demand so much from clients, all while charging outrageous fees, requiring high account balances, and offering little to no interest.
