Several cars were lined up at the drive through and were told if they wanted to be helped, they needed to come into the office. I’m here to cash in a CD ( BTW, never received a notice that it matured ) and the banker who had no one in her office said I could come back at 4pm ! I understand being short staffed, but what I don’t understand is the two employees that are working couldn’t be less helpful .
