- MRMysia RoxasDec 17, 20251.0I am a coin collector and would come in and exchange my rolls of change for ones other customers turned in. Up until recently, they have denied me doing so saying it’s too “time consuming” when really I don’t think they want to do it in all honesty. I have my coin rolls ready and counted it’s the same every time and usually I’m out within a minute and take less time than other customers who don’t know their pins or have their debit cards handy. They have turned me away and I’m just a customer who has business to do like everyone else maybe it’s not the same because this is my hobby but still I am a Wells Fargo customer and should get what I want done and not get turned away just because someone doesn’t want to do their job and help a customer.

My teller Shelly took care of me in less time than that. She was very professional, polite and efficient. Great experience! Thank you.

YOU HAVE TO CARE ABOUT OTHER'S TIME... ITS NOT EVEN 12 NOON AND THEY SLOW ON A FRIDAY... NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL
