    I needed to withdraw cash because we were taking a plane out of town the next day. The male teller says my ID was expired. I saw that it was but I had I idea it had expired. This teller, even though he knows me by name and I come in there all the time, refused to give me the cash. That is a first class jerk!

    BB&T is probably the worst bank I’ve ever used. Definitely moving on from their “way of business.”

    I go to BB&T Banks all over the state. And this one by far is the slowest BB&T Bank I have ever been to. I have been behind one car in the Drive-Thru line that is taking over 20 minutes. Every single time, which is a lot, I have to wait forever in the Drive-Thru. Sometimes I have tried to go inside and it takes just as long as. This bank has the worst service and the slowest service of all BB&T Banks I have ever been to!
