Do not recommend if you would like to receive service that puts the client first. Manager on duty 1/18/25, was very rude to my mother after failing to explain the benefit of overdraft protection. Will be finding a better branch location to better assist her

This is the worst Truist branch I've been too. They are always short-staffed with long wait times. This morning the drive through was closed 20 minutes after the bank openned and there were 2 employees just talking in the back while 1 employee was tending to all customers. Very unprofessional. 3 other customers walked out due to the long wait.
