Sun trust at Hilltop closed their lobby but the BT&T Bank Manager (on First Colonial) would not allow my husband and I to conduct business inside because their not fully merged yet. We could have used the drive in. I’m sorry but this is ridiculous; if the tellers can process Suntrust patrons outside, they can surly welcome us inside as they are doing for their current BT&T customers. This is the absolute worse customer service. This Suntrust should never have shut down without an operating bank available to its current customers. It scares me to think of what’s coming once this merger takes place.
