At Truist, our purpose is to inspire and build better lives and communities. That happens through real care to make things better. To meet client needs, to empower teammates, and to lift up communities.
While I haven't visited this branch recently, I did for years with no issue. In appreciation of that compared to the AWFUL Town Center branch, I came to show appreciation of that in the form of a good review.

DO NOT GO HERE! Makes sense why they have only 2 stars. Take your business elsewhere or change banks! I also bank with Navy Federal for less than half the time I’ve been with Truist; never had issues and they have great customer service compared to Truist.
They’re NOT military friendly. One of the employees called the cops on me for sitting in the parking lot waiting for them to open. At like 8am a cop woke me up from my nap because I was resting until 9am when they opened up.
The lady in the red car said I made her uncomfortable sitting in my car since my tags are out of state. Sorry, I don’t have VA plates because I move every 2-3 yrs.
I’ve been dealing with a claim issue and I even showed her the paperwork and told her I’m just waiting for Ashley.
She told me I had to leave while they do their walk through. And when I asked her if it was ok if I walked to the parking lot next store she said that was ok. As soon as I grabbed my keys and started to walk, she told the cops I had to move my car. Because an empty car made her uncomfortable.
Keep in mind I backed into a parking spot facing away from Truist. So me moving over I’m now facing the store. Shouldn’t that make her uncomfortable if I can watch them from multiple views vs me facing the street?
After I moved my car the cop came over to where I parked and apologized to me and told me he doesn’t want to bank with them either because he’s had issues in the past with them. He even told me he likes my blue Mustang and said there’s nothing intimidating about my car.

There is a good reason for this branch to have a two stars, I been with Truist/Suntrust for over 10 years. This branch always gave us headaches, looks like they almost do it on purpose to make your life harder. Shut this place down, Stay away from it
