    The absolute worst branch to try to do business with. Lines are slow, the customer service is horrible and apparently the branch manager doesn't care that there are 10 people in line inside or 6 vehicles waiting in the drive thru line.

    Worst bank ever. The new changes haven't made a difference at all. Customer service is terrible. Im sitting here now and have been for an hour waiting to be helped. And there's only 1 customer ahead of me. They are laughing and talking about personal stuff non related to banking. I cant belive this is happening. Ive seen people go to lunch and return and Im still sitting here and the lady is still with the same client. Worst bank ever

    Why are y'all one of the few closed on Saturday! Y'all are the closest to me and I need y'all to start opening on Saturday to 12 like the rest of the branches! Tighten up! :-) Or at least the Saturdays I need y'all!
