Teller #10 needs to be FIRED. 3 visits in a row and every time my simpel transactions get screwed up. This entire branch is rotten to the core. How are you going to mess up a straightforward transaction so badly and then REFUSE to correct your screw up. And with a deal with it attitude to boot. I have an account with Langley Federal Credit Union right across the street. Going to definitely be using it more going forward. GREAT customer service and feel actually valued there.

With my father's recent medical crisis, I'm not sure how he or I would've gotten through the financial end of it had it not been for the conscientious efforts of the tellers and the relationship banker who helped me navigate the many details I had to attend to. Five starts to the whole gang there at Pembroke!

Don't know who the teller was today but she was HORRIBLY disrespectful. Come to this bank every time to cash my check and handle everything for the business I manage, and now this lady made me late for work "verifying my check" because she thinks it's fake??

Most of the Virginia Beach locations have been closed. Many of the ATMs are withdrawal only. Even if you do find a “full-service“ ATM half the time they’re out of service. Truist makes it extremely hard to do any banking. F-

I made an appointment online to meet with a client care representative to add a debit card to the volunteer organization checking account that I manage. Admittingly, I was in a grumpy mood from something not bank related. Cristina Fernandez, the Relationship Banker who assisted me, completely transformed my mood into a satisfying joy that I did not anticipate. She is a high energy, positive and problem solving individual whose quick wit, and "Can Do" approach made my dreaded chore - actually fun! She went out of her way to make sure my PIN was set up properly with my own selected pin. She insisted I use her phone behind her desk to set the number. When I was done, I had a deposit to make and while doing that, I watched her assist a walk-in couple without an appointment. She not only met their needs in a couple of minutes, but left them smiling as well as me. She is a dynamo of a banker and I would recommend this branch bank because of her charisma and attitude.
