    Terrible customer service. Waited in line for 20 min with one person ahead. Other banks would be willing to work with you on the situation that had come up and they did not in anyway. Will be switching banks.

    It’s crazy this bank keeps a 4 star rating based on BB&T. I went into Truist this location and said I would be traveling to Chicago for a concert. My card has been declined over and over due to fraud. I’m stranded in Chicago and have spent 3 hours total on the phone trying to get my card back working but to no avail. I’ll be sleeping in the airport tonight and missing the concert. It would be amazing if customer service would pick up at the location. I now have to call the 1800 number on the back of my card and talk to people with a thick accent to try to resolve issues. They never solve anything. This service is unacceptable.

    Banking does nit get any better than with SunTrust. The "women" of SunTrust (especially the Pacific Avenue location) are (& have always been) personable, friendly & professional! 03.21.16
