Hilary, went up and beyond to get my paper work processed and my new membership taken care of. If you are on the fence about joining up go to this branch and they will change they way you think. - GBG BeckhamDec 19, 20251.0I applied for an auto loan with this bank. The loan was never approved, which is fine. What’s not fine is how it was handled. The bank canceled the application without notifying me. No call, no email, no status update. I only found out after following up myself. After that, they had the nerve to ask to pull my credit report again, despite the fact that the application had already been canceled on their end. Auto loans are time-sensitive, and people rely on clear communication to make real financial decisions. Canceling an application without notice and then requesting another credit pull shows poor internal coordination and disregard for the customer’s credit. I would not recommend this bank if you value transparency, communication, or protecting your credit score.

Upon my arrival I was met by a rude loan officer that alienated my concerns, was extremely rude. He not bother to check with any colleague regarding my situation. He also shut the door in my face. This was a short white gentlemen with dark hair who is a loan officer at this location. I would never in my life do business with this gentleman
