His Customer Service, personality and knowledge was off the charts. It’s financial service reps like Jacob that convince us to keep our financial business with Langley!
- ANAlexander NuttallOct 16, 20251.0I had an appointment today at 8:30 AM. I was waiting from 8:15 with everything I needed. At 8:32 the door was opened. I was the first inside and I told the teller I had an appointment. She acknowledged and asked me to have a seat. At 8:40 I was told that the lady Tawanya was interviewing someone and that I needed to wait. At 8:45 I noticed a lady slowly walk out of the office and look at me. She took her time going to another office and she took her time walking slowly back to her office. I left so that I would not be late for work. If she had an interview before the business opened she could have asked the person to wait when my appointment came up. Instead of doing this I was treated to the typical disrespectful, bad manners and self indulgent entitlement. Absolutely awful. I would not be allowed to treat my customers this way. Nor would I want to since my customers are the reason I have a job. Pathetic. I've been a member of Langley for 20 years. They are losing their acumen and bearing like many other businesses. It's sad There will be more people begging for universal basic income because the skillful, well mannered people are leaving to do things that are not status quo.
