- EEEbony EverettNov 14, 20255.0I always use Ace when I need a loan to catch up on things. During the goverment shutdown it affected a lot of people and probably ACE as well. I tried getting a loan but the system messed up and I had to wait. Kanita kept up with me for 2 weeks to make sure I got my loan and talked to all the right people to get things taken care of. I came to try again another day with a different employee and she was just not as helpful as Kanita and her partner next to her(sorry forgot your name!) even though she could have helped me she chose not to. I make sure to only come now when Kanita is working. She went above and beyond to help my fiance and I both get loans. I am forever grateful!
