- MRMansur RahimJul 17, 20251.0I used this bank based on a recommendation from a real estate agent and it was a big mistake. If you are looking for construction lending, look somewhere else. They approved my loan and we settled. Once construction got started after zoning and permits were at hand, they never sent a single disbursement check to the contractor. I had to fund the entire project out of pocket. There was always an excuse as to why funds were not being disbursed and always a promise of a few more days to fix the internal issues they were having.
