- TNTodd NelsonNov 10, 20251.0Capital One bank, destroying customer service one customer at a time. I’ve been a customer of this bank for decades, including the prior bank it acquired. They literally cannot handle customer service. Not sure why it’s so difficult to notarize a document that is a statement of fact. Don’t offer notary services if you’re not going to provide it. I’ll be moving my banking relationship and my credit card relationship to another financial institution.
