Changes were made to my accounts without prior authorization by me. My objection was brushed off. Clients treated as commodity. All the while, Ric is throwing around Millions of dollars as a PR stunt. You can find better service at a better price elsewhere. I’ve worked with multiple “advisors” at Edelman and spoke to folks at the call center. What is depicted on Ric’s radio show is not what you will experience as a client.
