My wife and I do not bank with F&M (nothing against them just where I used to live there are not any F&M branches and my wife has had her bank for years) but F&M has my wife's car loan. We are applying for some financial assistance for an an upcoming appointment and one of the pieces of information required is vehicle loan amount, amount still owed, etc. so we went to the New Market Road branch and were helped by Carla. I explained why we were there and to make it easier for her I gave her the paper that way she could see what information we needed.
Carla was very friendly and helpful!!!! She searched through the account and printed off everything that was being asked. Then I realized my wife's maiden name was still listed. I asked Carla if she thought this might be an issue so she changed the last name to match what it is now that way we cannot be denied assistance for a small thing like last name not matching. We appreciated her doing that one extra thing for us.
Also, this branch is very bright looking and feels more relaxed then a normal bank. If my wife and I were to switch banks I would consider F&M.
