She went out of her way to assist me - even at closing (when I didn't realize it was almost bank closing hours) with the more in-depth banking questions I had. She was very informative, helpful, professional and understanding of my banking needs when I met with her on a seperate occasion, as well. I highly recommend her for personal banking questions, concerns, or advice. She deserves a promotion! She displayed the epitome of customer service and made me feel very comfortable through the process. Excellent!

- RJRocky JohnsonJul 20, 20221.0Called the bank to see if they had a notary. No one would answer the phone it was transferred to a call center. The call center said I need to call the local branch. Did that 2 different times. Put in a complaint message through Facebook. Got a response that completely ignored the problem. All they said was that the customer service representative did the right thing to transfer me back to the local branch. What a joke already started moving my money to a different bank. Wells Fargo does not care about their customers.
