Jessica calls. No answer. I ask for my check back. I ask Tausha another clerk what the issue is? Tausha tells me that Jessica says the signature looks different. Tausha checks and verifies it is the SAME signature. Now I'm inconvenienced and disappointed in the service. Tausha cashes my check and asks, do I want to open an account? I had to decline. Jessica had made it impossible for me to do business at this branch. Not only did Jessica profile me, she lied about company policy. Tausha on the other hand was very professional. I'm sorry this happened. I live walking distance from this bank and would have welcomed an account. I tell you. Good help is hard to find.
