One of the best banking experiences I've ever had. Christy makes the processes thorough and simple at the same time. Everyone I've encountered so far has been pretty helpful and efficient.

My first time visiting this location today and was wrongly profiled by Jessica. Jessica tells me I do not have an account therefore, she has to verify my check. Jessica calls. No answer. I ask for my check back. I ask Tausha another clerk what the issue is? Tausha tells me that Jessica says the signature looks different. Tausha checks and verifies it is the SAME signature. Now I'm inconvenienced and disappointed in the service. Tausha cashes my check and asks, do I want to open an account? I had to decline. Jessica had made it impossible for me to do business at this branch. Not only did Jessica profile me, she lied about company policy. Tausha on the other hand was very professional. I'm sorry this happened. I live walking distance from this bank and would have welcomed an account. I tell you. Good help is hard to find.

This branch/office/ location is awful. It seems like the people didn’t want to help me.
