Mind you it took 40 minutes for this to happen, and it is only the 11th of the month. The teller asked me if I had an account which I do not, and without informing me she took an $8.00 fee out of my check. I have cashed many City of Suffolk checks through this bank and never been charged before. SMH!!!!

He explained everything to me thoroughly and in a way that I could understand. From his interaction with me I could tell that not only did he like his job but he loved it. He also had a great conversation and made lasting impression so much so that I will be moving all my money to this bank. I have also been referring friend and family to Truist. I’m so Thankful for people like him because you never know what a person is going through. I walked in fraustrated because the bank I use to bank with closed and I had to go waaayyyyy over yonder (🤣) to deposit a check or do anything and I don’t have a car. Due to Stephan great customer service and him being an expert on products and service Truist has to offer, I walked out feeling relieved, less stressed and no longer fraustrated. Thank You Truist 🤎
