    Never in my years of banking here did I have problems until now and I've been a customer for a LONG time but they told me one thing and my account shows otherwise.

    We called at different branch they informed us they didn't have the funds to cash our check so to try this branch location instead. We called at 330pm and asked if we needed an appt to cash a check. The gentleman asked how much the check was for and informed us they have the funds to cash the check and no appointment was necessary. He ended the call with come on in, i'll see you soon. We drive 45mins to this location and we're told the vault closes at 4pm and they couldn't cash our check. My wife is preparing for brain surgery which causes her to get frustrated easily. Which is why we called before driving 45mins to this location. Policies are understandable, if that's the "POLICY" they should do a better job informing their employees.

    Just moved to North Carolina I live 30 minutes past the VA line now and this branch is the closest one to where I moved and I'm thankful for that. Very convenient for me and never have any issues always in and out pretty fast even when there's a few people in line they have a decent amount of people to assist, never had problems with phone calls either. Good branch in my experience.
