My account had been compromised twice in two months, and after being denied from the bank to reimburse my funds (due to a mistake by them), I walked into the branch, and Senior Banker Stacey was busy, as she had another customer due for an appointment, but sensed my anxiety and offered to help until her appointment showed up. I felt like i had someone in my corner finally. After her customer did not show, she devoted her time to dive into my account, and got the fraud team involved to show that there was a compromise. She has been very precise throughout the whole ordeal, even checking back on my account to make sure that funds were returned and to open a new account and monitor that. What a blessing to have customer service like Miss Stacey and Truist offered. 5 stars!
