    I attended the bank on 11/10/25 and was underwhelmed by Eugenia,s customer service. Despite a considerable queue, she devoted approximately 20 minutes to personal conversation with one customer , whereas another teller efficiently attended to 8 customers. I believe this fell short of expected professional standards, and suggest that Eugenia be held accountable

    Were do I begin i had 6 figures in the account and they turned me down for a loan for 400000. and I have great credit. Then had some money taken out of my account while i was traveling $1000.00 from Singapore. I had never even been to Singapore, the fraud team is just a circle jerk hoping you will give up. However, I wrote a letter to the CEO and my money was returned the next week. I'm closing this account and moving it to Navy Federal Credit Union.

    People in the Greenville, Virginia office are great. A insurance company got my wife's account number and has stolen money for several months. She has tried to stop it but Truist has refused. They also have turned down the fraud complaints. The only way to stop it is to close her account. No funds have been replaced! We are reporting the fraud to the local police department Monday. Don't trust them with your money.

    I have been there several times in the last few weeks and called on the phone. Service has alsays been extremely professionsl, very courteous and fast.

    I started my account with them many,years ago. When my account was first opened i was supposed to have all free money services such as cashiers checks. It was quite some time before i needed this service. When i went to get my cashiers check they told me i had a fee of 8 dollars. I explained that when i started my account all these types or services were included. They told me that every time they changed my account i was sent a letter explaining. I never got a letter, i mean who doesnt open bank mail. I told them i should have the same account i was promised. I took my money out right then and have never gone back. They are extremely slimy.
