- AJAhmad JayDec 11, 20251.0I need to rate this branch, because it isn’t my first time being treated unfairly, and unprofessionally, the cashiers will take more time urging rather than helping their customers, weird body language which will certainly make you feel they don’t care and you are not the one whom they need to assist.

- ASAngie SheltonSep 18, 20251.0We have banked with Wells Fargo for 20+ years. If you need any transactions taken care of during lunch, you are out of luck at the Stafford location. Notary and wire transfer will be a 30 minute minimum wait. While standing in line, a young lady came from the back office and started at the BACK of the line asking what each person was there for. The two people behind me needed services the teller could provide. She neglected to even acknowledge I was in line. I continued to wait and when I got to the teller, she informed me I needed to see a banker to do the wire transfer. After she checked to see who was available, she let me know there would be at least a 30 minute wait because the banker was headed to lunch. As I looked over I saw the same young lady that was helping people at the back of the line just minutes ago, leaving for lunch. Customer service is not a priority in this branch. I tried to get papers notarized here two times last month and the notary was out for lunch. This will be my last transaction with Wells Fargo. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Make it Make sense Wells Fargo or other banks. To print on one piece of paper and use my money cant believe it cost me 5 dollars. And im a long time customer!
