    I've generally had a positive experience with the staff at this location, but unfortunately, Abdulah Khetob's service was extremely disappointing. After we informed him that we had an appointment with another representative, he assured us that he could help. Given that we'd already been waiting for over an hour and were 30 minutes past our scheduled appointment time, we decided to proceed with him. However, the process was frustratingly unprofessional. After opening the account, Abdulah mentioned he needed to 'review' it and make a phone call, but he never explained what he was reviewing. We ended up waiting another 30 minutes. Once the call was over, he casually mentioned that he had another appointment and wouldn't be able to continue helping us. He also stated we would likely need to come back the next day to finish things up—and then ushered us away from his table. This was not only unprofessional, but also a huge waste of our time. If you're opening a business account, I would highly recommend working with someone else at this location. I would give this place a lower star rating if I could.

    Our banker opening our account was fantastic and did his job superbly. Unfortunately another employee (lady) stormed in and rudely interrupted our conversation. She put him in the spot in front of us regarding an issue and I thought it was extremely unprofessional. She could have waited for us to leave to bring up her concerns.

    I dislike this location because there is no drive thru ATM. You have to park and hope no one walks up to the ATM on the building (there are 2) before you get out of your car.
