- GWGeorge WashingtonMar 17, 20231.0Truist bank, in general, has the worst customer service I've ever had to deal with. Everyone is very polite and friendly while they're telling you no, then directing you to the 800 number where you just get told no by multiple people as you're transferred around a circular voice prompt hell that ultimately just brings you back to the same person and wastes your time. I'm currently changing all my direct deposits so I can close this account and be done with this miserable place
