Cannot express all of the frustrations The manager, assistant manager and most tellers are worthless and flat out rude. If you enter the branch for assistance, you will be ignored Update: went to the drive through yesterday. Sent my deposit through to the building. Then got no response from any teller after about 10 minutes. Had to go into the bank to get receipt-No explanation

I went in to wire money and open a new account and was disgusted by the manager Monica and the way she treated her employees. I waited 20 minutes and she ignored me. A employee went in to let her know and Monica screamed at her I felt so bad and then after over 20 mins of waiting Monica brushed me off. If I was her employees I would look for a new job. That's not how you treat employees and customers. I feel bad for her staff and will be closing my accounts and going across the street to Bank of America. Management 101 training
