- MTMahelet TilayeJan 2, 20263.0Weird experience. I've banked here a few years, it's one of my many banks but i rarely go inside. Today I had an issue with the ATM that required I go in, I walked in and their were no other customers and two tellers. Neither greeted me, they both looked busy so I said good morning. One teller, Sohail, grunted the other Leigh Anne greeted me back. Leigh Anne took care of my transaction and was very personable and kind so im giving the branch 3 stars. But Sohail made me feel like I was a nuisance for speaking at the bank I do business with would've likely rated a 1 if that was the end of my experience.

Their customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. The manager Naomi was trying to boss me around like she is a judge. I was simply asking about fees that I have been charged. Instead of explaining to me in a clear and friendly way, she and the other new employee treated me disrespectfully. Please take your money somewhere else better. Avoid this location and bank

Their customers are not a priority, their customer service is non-existent and their terms and conditions are not followed in the least; you sign them, you agree to them but they do not follow them.
