- GBGrace BNov 11, 20253.0lol, idk but this bank is a hit or miss depending on what you need to get done or whose here. After they closed the location in Potomac Mills, it forced MANY to commute here to this location. I can def say that I had better experience at the one that closed, but this location it’s always a wait. Luckily I’m patient enough considering it’s the closet bank to me. So it’s a hit or miss to me.

The bank teller I had was impatient and acted like I was getting on her nerves because I was trying to make a deposit for my wife and I didn’t have the account number so she had to wait until I get the account number for my wife. Do not recommend this capital one
