    We love FCB in South Hill, Va. They have always provided us with friendly service no matter what our requirements may be. From lost debit cards, to creating student accounts and moving funds. They take their time to listen and to assist. Thank you Management and staff at FCB in South Hill❤️

    Been using first citizens for many years, and been to many branches. Stopped in to get a wire transfer today and I couldn’t have done it without Whitney Jones. She definitely knows her stuff, and South Hill and first citizens are lucky to have her. Thanks again Whitney!

    The women there was disinterested the whole time, she was not very helpful. I hate to leave a bad review but they weren't helpful. I will be switching my banks.

    Absolutely disrespectful and rude. They are not nice at all and had terrible service. I had a check that had gotten ripped by the zipper that I was trying to cash. If course I would of been less angry if she had went and checked to see. instead she noticed one of the twos on the top looked funky but it clearly had a tail and a line in the middle. I asked her if she would ask if it would still be possible. But of course not. She completely refused letting me cash the check without even bothering to try and help me. The lady was mocking the entire time and she acted uninterested. I refuse to ever go into that bank again. I went to Benchmark and they were very kind. They cashed my check, they said nothing about the number on top, and had super nice service there. They helped as much as they could. First Citizens employees need a better customer service attitude because I am very much angry at the service I recieve today and I will make sure to tell others to not go there as well.
