- LCLynn CisarNov 12, 20251.0Lots of delays and non-responsive office. Promises of a call back, NOTHING. They have all contact info for our corporate officer. From October 27 to Nov 29 they have not successfully activated a new account and now jeopardize a donation, we were expecting this tax year. They finger point with their headquarters and take no accountability. The support in office is lame and uninterested. We are an incorporated nonprofit, they were provided address evidence from the Virginia State Commission Corp (SCC) in October and can't handle simple matters. The HQ just pushes you back to the inept local personnel. It almost feels retalitory. The HQ motto is relationship-WHAT A JOKE!!!!! Go elsewhere!!!!!!!
