I don't use this location often unless I have urgency. Today was a lucky day for me. Went in to deposit some cash, few checks for 2 different businesses. I had bills separated by denomination and had them in bundles of 100 bills and handed to the teller. Took 20 minutes for them to count them. I waited patiently without a word. At the end, another teller walks up to me and hands over a commercial deposit guidelines to me asking that next time all bills should be facing the same way!!! Literally first time someone has asked a customer to do their job. I happen to read the guidelines and they are meant for the employees and not customers. How do I know? My wife works at Truist. Go figure. Perfect way to piss off loyal clients. Try to stay away from this location unless you absolutely have to use them.
