I exclusively bank with Truist for all 7 of my businesses. I do commerical deposits multiple times in a week every week. I don't use this location often unless I have urgency. Today was a lucky day for me. Went in to deposit some cash, few checks for 2 different businesses. I had bills separated by denomination and had them in bundles of 100 bills and handed to the teller. Took 20 minutes for them to count them. I waited patiently without a word. At the end, another teller walks up to me and hands over a commercial deposit guidelines to me asking that next time all bills should be facing the same way!!! Literally first time someone has asked a customer to do their job. I happen to read the guidelines and they are meant for the employees and not customers. How do I know? My wife works at Truist. Go figure. Perfect way to piss off loyal clients. Try to stay away from this location unless you absolutely have to use them.

Awful customer service. They wanted to charge me $8 to cash a check since I did not have an account there. Highway robbery!!!! Another reason not to bank there

Drive up window teller Sandy is was very unprofessional in her ability to answer questions or respond with answers being presented to her. Truth is instead of answering my questions via intercom she placed herself in front of monitors and ignored my request. Call was placed to management that ensured me the issue would be resolved to date that hasn't happened. Poor management reflects to there tellers small town banks will be replaced by big corporations that will outsource their business leaving the community without good resources. Hence the saying you treat people the way you would like to be treated and if that doesn't happen. Best of luck
