I don't know if he's a manager or just a regular teller but Dustin is absolutely fantastic he knows what he's talking about and is capable of comprehending a complicated situation and he followed up when he didn't need to.
I would highly recommend going to the Scottsvilles branch and giving him as much business as possible

I have been hacked. There are 3 other people in my immediate neighborhood who have been hacked.
It is taking them weeks to straighten it out. The personnel are nice but there are too few to provide necessary customer service. Wait times on the phone are unacceptable. Service got IMMEDIATELY worse when 2 "experienced bankers" bought BBT and formed Truist. They seem to be in it ONLY for the profits. I need to take my money elsewhere. I advise you to beware of them.

So slow and wish Scottsville had another bank. Wait time is out of this world

I avoid going inside of this location, but use the ATM as it's the only location on my route to and from work. The ATM regularly is also not available for the services I need to use. Whether withdrawal or even depositing a check, half the time it just isn't an available option. Will simply start going out of my way to use another location so I can avoid this location all together now.

Always friendly and helpful, both tellers and bankers. Worked with Kya on several occasions and she has always been prompt and thorough.
