- VRVivian RallsAug 13, 20251.0Th Saluda Turist branch has had a death cert of my aunt and all the necessasry info to close her checking account and distribute the funds to the heirs for over 1 month and they have never contacted me about the progress. This is a small amount and simple instructions. I repeatedly call and never get a call back. I have had to show up just to get an acknowledgement that they've dropped the ball and then..same behavior. I have never in my life received such poor customer service form a bank in my life.
