- WMWhitney MertensMar 21, 20241.0Was not given change from my transaction today and was given attitude when I asked about it. It was only 30 cents, but it is a business account so the deposits and our cash box need to be accurate. I had to explain that the cash portion was written to deposit $1.70 (I gave them $2.00) and that meant I was owed 30 cents. I sent the slip back and the employee proceeded to help another customer before fixing her mistake. I was there an additional 10 minutes that I didn't need to be. I eventually got the change, but the deposit slip is still not correct so I have to figure out how to explain that to my employer. I'll be using a different branch from now on... Very disappointing.

They told me to make another appointment to talk to a manager who was on a weeks vacation yet the bank that drew the check was less than a mile away, they have a phone number which they can call to verify their incompetence...
