Flagrantly breaking the law by not allowing account holders to use the restroom! We closed our accounts there due to this new policy! If we can't use the facilities, why would we keep our money there? We encountered a terribly rude woman there. So glad that we will never be back

I've been a customer over 25yrs before all the mergers taken place. I have never been treated so poorly than now with truist, this is the worst bank I have ever been with. I deposited a check and they screw up and lock my account for 10 days that's unacceptable!! I will be closing my accounts (multiple) and my kids accounts that includes 4 accounts we are going to bank somewhere else as this bank is the worst bank I've ever delt with! It's to bad I can't give anything below 1 star.

Terrible bank. They charged us to cash there check. They are only worried about making money and not focusing on service also. It's a package, starting with service.
