Atm "down for upgrades" on the busiest Saturday of the year. Absolutely abhor truist and specifically this location is awful. I will be switching banks.

Flagrantly breaking the law by not allowing account holders to use the restroom! We closed our accounts there due to this new policy! If we can't use the facilities, why would we keep our money there? We encountered a terribly rude woman there. So glad that we will never be back

I bank at a different institution. I used the Salem Truist ATM and got an error message and no money, but my bank account was debited. I called and they told me they had issues with the ATM all day but couldn't put a sign up because they don't own the ATM. Doesn't make sense. I had to submit a fraud claim with my bank.
