I have never dealt with such poor customer service in my life.The teller acted as if I was bothering her, when I was telling her that the atm shorted me money. She then explains it happens all the time. I looked around and realized I was one of many. A teller should not judge a book by its cover acting like she better than anyone. A week later I still do not have my money and I have a letter stating the transaction is valid!?!? Of course its valid I was there! It's sad that customers are treated this way, I say farewell after 10 years!
