Not only do they not know the legal requirements regarding notary services they are constantly trying to find reasons to say no to requests for any type of assistance. It’s no wonder you see Carter branches closing left and right everywhere. No more small town relationship banking for me. I’ll have to bank somewhere where customer service is a priority and not a burden.
- JBJeannette BoucherMar 3, 20211.0My debit card was used by an unauthorized user, so when I used the mobile app and inquired about the transaction my debit card was canceled, without my notification, and I was ‘supposed’ to be sent a new one. This was Jan 14. It is March 3! For 4 weeks they refused to mail another stating the mail is slow. However, I get statements or other mail to confirm my address, which I get EVERYTIME I go to the bank to complain about this issue, but yet still NO CARD! Do NOT RECOMMEND this bank!!!! I would give no stars if it allowed! Get up to date Carter! And do what you promise
