- JBJames BrownNov 16, 20251.0Went to the ATM Sunday evening at about 7pm. When I exited, two cars had pulled up. Both drivers asked me for money. I was extremely uncomfortable and told both of them I couldn’t help them. I should’ve called 911 but I just wanted to get away. I felt lucky I didn’t get robbed. I will never use this ATM again after dark.

I went in to the branch to give them my business, she open the door barely and said what do you want, we are busy right now! With no one even in the lobby. And on the door it said wear mask, which I was wearing. And it was only 4:45pm, with the door locked. And the hours it said they close at 5pm. She was so so rude!! Never again!! I figure a bank would be nice to you and want your business, guess I was wrong about that! I give them zero stars!! Worse customer service I have ever experienced!! I will take my business elsewhere!
