I just called simply to get branch hours for the Hershberger rd location in Roanoke for Christmas Eve, because they aren’t solid on the website, “may vary”. The person that I finally got in touch with was rude and very condescending. I sure hope they recorded that call. I shouldn’t have to give an account number to ask about hours. I do a deposit for my company, I wouldn’t bank with this branch for personal, if they were the only option, my money would go under my mattress. Just—-wow. Get it together.
- JFjared fordNov 24, 20251.0Horrible branch to deal with. Do not bank here if you value your time, you will never spend less than 30 minutes waiting for simple deposits and change orders. They rarely have more than one teller working with a line out the door, no sense of urgency, and the manager walks around asking everyone how she can help them, only to ever tell them they’ll have to continue to wait. The level of incompetence regularly on display at this branch is absolutely astounding.
