Truist Bank is one of the most consistent banks. Consistently bad. 8 weeks trying and still no resolution over an erroneous $1,100 charge. Time for the BBB and the CFPB.

Worst bank ever. Pulling out every dollar after work today. A 5 month dispute stole 400$ from me after I spent AT LEAST 20 hrs on the phone. Half a dozen trips to branch. My credit card hasn't worked properly in 5 months (Since the dispute stole my money) and NOBODY can fix it. BEWARE OF THIS BRANCH YOUR MONEY IS NOT SAFE AT ALL.

The branch manager, Jessica Bean, was wonderful and helped my family with closing and reopening accounts after someone had gained unapproved access to our accounts. She was friendly, helpful, and informative. She stayed well after 5 o clock on a Friday evening in order to help us resolve the issue. Thank you Jessica! All of the bank employees were kind and considerate throughout the process as well!
