DO NOT BANK WITH TRUIST! This is yet another example of a company that is so large that the customer is an insignificant number. I have been lied to over and over and they do not correct their mistakes. This branch was no help with my problem and a woman simply called a 1-800-number and passed me the phone. The gentleman who spoke was arrogant, condescending, and uninformed.

This not about a branch but about overall experiences with Suntrust/Truist. Became a SunTrust customer about ten years ago when Wells Fargo consumed my bank. For many years I was very happy at SunTrust. Then services started to slip and finally a merger came along. Bigger is never better or more efficient. Now I learn that I can no longer send Zelle payments to bank accounts but now required to use email or cell phone. Inconvenient at best. May be a reason, but none has been offered. Guess it's time to find another customer friendly bank!

Not in Kroger anymore. They are located in SW county so definitely makes more profits than other location branches. Their timings (9-5) are not as convenient to customers as they were when they were in Kroger. Now they are not even open on Saturday. It is high time they open this location on 4Hrs on Saturdays so we do not have to take PTO to visit them. Is Suntrust listening......?
