Went to pay account was closed they took me to court for garnishment for being two months behind but still made partial payments !!! Ridiculous!!! DONT DO IT!!!!!!

They send you a check you cash it never hear a word from them. 2 years later then take you to court without you knowing it and get a judgment against you wait a few months and then they get a garnishment against you without you know it and once you have away to finally contact them they refused to talk to you or call you back. Stay away from these low life people and place dont cash checks from them at all they are scamers

It was a Godsend at the time because my husband was battling prostate cancer & off from work for three months recovering from surgery & we really needed the money. I was able to make a few of the monthly payments but fell behind because he then had to have two more surgeries. I called their branch office & was able to negotiate a smaller monthly payment which I made for a few months. As our bills mounted, I fell behind again & missed another payment. Now, my husband is still battling cancer & begins seven weeks of radiation treatments in two weeks, & I was just served a Warrant in Debt from them for $2000 more than I owe. Moreover, they did not even attempt to contact me to reach a resolution before resorting to suing me. Now, I have a court date & my husband's radiation treatment the same day in July. What a heartless & corrupt lender!!! Do NOT do business with them!!!!!
